Why are no available units showing?

The homepage only shows units marked as available in the database. If a unit is occupied or not yet added by the admin, it will not appear for inquiry.

Why did my inquiry or viewing request not submit?

Please check your internet connection and make sure you completed the required fields. If the form still fails, the database or email service may be temporarily unavailable.

I did not receive my OTP. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder, confirm that your email address is spelled correctly, then request a new OTP. OTP codes expire after 10 minutes.

Why can I not log in to the tenant portal?

Your tenant account must match the email and unit assigned by the admin. If your account was not added yet, contact the admin before registering or logging in.

Where do I pay bills or upload payment proof?

Log in to the Tenant Portal and open Pay Bills. Choose online payment or cash payment, then submit the required reference number, receipt, or payment details.

Why is my payment, repair, or report not updated yet?

Some updates need admin confirmation first. Payments, maintenance status, assigned repair personnel, and report actions will appear after the admin reviews them.

How do I request a repair for my unit?

Log in to the Tenant Portal and open Request Repair. Add the issue details clearly so the admin can assign the right person to fix it.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

Use Forgot Password on the login form. The system will send an OTP to your email so you can verify your account and create a new password.
